IF YOU’RE FEELING…
• Constantly “on,” yet deeply tired
• Moving through stress or burnout
• Emotionally activated or easily overwhelmed
• Disconnected from your body
• Tight, braced, or quietly holding tension
• Aware of your patterns, yet longing for something to shift
Pause for a moment.
Nothing about this makes you weak.
Nothing about this means you’ve failed.
Your nervous system has been adapting in the ways it knows how.
These patterns were shaped by real experiences — moments where your body learned how to protect, manage, and endure.
And protection is intelligent.
With the right support, your body can begin to experience something new.
More space.
More steadiness.
More choice.
Safety is not forced.
It’s felt.
And your nervous system is capable of learning it.
If this resonates, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
What Somatic Coaching Looks Like Here
Somatic coaching is about listening to the body — and creating a space where your body feels safe enough to be listened to.
In our sessions, I’m not analyzing you or trying to fix you. I’m paying attention. To your breath. To subtle shifts in posture. To moments your voice tightens or softens. To where your body braces and where it begins to release.
Together, we slow things down just enough to notice what’s happening beneath the surface.
My approach is trauma-informed and intentionally paced. That means:
• We move at the speed your nervous system can tolerate
• Consent and choice are woven into every step
• Nothing is forced or retraumatizing
• You remain in agency throughout the process
Some sessions include gentle movement.
Some include guided awareness or breathwork.
Sometimes the work is simply staying present with what arises — allowing your body to feel supported in a new way.
I care deeply about this work because I’ve witnessed what happens when someone feels truly safe in their body. Regulation increases. Clarity returns. The need to brace begins to soften.
Change doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from safety.
You don’t need perfect words.
You don’t need to perform.
You get to arrive exactly as you are.
How This Work Supports You
When your nervous system reorganizes, it doesn’t just change how you feel in session.
It changes how you live.
Clients often notice:
• Less reactivity in conversations that used to escalate
• More patience with partners, children, coworkers
• The ability to pause instead of instantly defend, shut down, or overextend
• Improved sleep and digestion
• Reduced chronic tension and stress-related pain
• Faster recovery after difficult moments
• Fewer emotional “hangovers” after conflict
• A stronger sense of internal stability
This work affects relationships.
It affects how your body processes stress.
It affects inflammation, muscle tension, and pain patterns that have been held for years.
Because the nervous system is involved in all of it.
When your system is no longer bracing for threat, your body doesn’t need to carry that level of activation.
The shifts are not cosmetic.
They’re structural.
And they ripple outward — into how you relate, how you lead, how you parent, how you rest, and how you care for your health.
Why Breath and the Nervous System Matter
The nervous system influences nearly every system in the body — including muscle tone, inflammation, digestion, immune response, and pain perception.
Breath is one of the most direct ways to influence this system.
When we work with breath intentionally, we are engaging the autonomic nervous system — the system responsible for fight, flight, freeze, and connection.
With repeated experiences of safety, the brain begins to reorganize. Neural pathways that were built around vigilance or shutdown are no longer the only available responses.
This is neuroplasticity in action.
The body learns that it does not need to brace in the same ways.
And over time, that learning becomes embodied.
